Job Title: Full Time inside Sales Representative at Martin Sales & Service, Inc.

Scope: Full-Time position compensated hourly, paid bi-weekly, with possible bonuses and incentives.

Job Summary: Discuss with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about our products and services. Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries. Complete contract forms and determine charges for services requested. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Examine incoming products for quality control and assist in shipping and receiving. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money. Updating and upkeep of showrooms are an essential duty. Working the occasional local weekend trade show is also required.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
    • Team players at least 18 years of age.
    • Able to work flexible hours / days.
    • Able to lift heavy materials in excess of 40 lbs.
    • Proficiently operate office equipment as required, such as computers, email & internet. Background in Excel, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks Point of Sale is helpful.
    • Competently able to convey ideas and facts orally and in writing using correct English vocabulary, spelling, grammar, and punctuation, composing clear, direct, concise, complete messages.
    • Prior sales experience and customer relations.
    • Great organizational skills.
